This network of highly qualified professionals in the mid-market enables us to advise effectively in complex and multidisciplinary situations, under the direction of the existing trusted advisor to our clients. Within this network we cooperate with (amongst others) lawyers, tax and wealth planners.
In addition, White Forest has a extensive network of Dutch and foreign banks, international debt and equity funds, informal investors and family offices.
Clients
White Forest is proud of its impressive track record of our team members. The focus is on large family owned businesses in the Netherlands, but we also have leading private equity firms, healthcare and not-for-profit organizations in our solid customer base. In debt financing we focus primarily on transactions between 10 to 500 million Euros. For young, fast growing companies, we are able to arrange smaller funding amounts of risk-bearing capital with equal dedication. As a result of our strategic focus, we are personal trusted advisors to entrepreneurs, investors, CEOs, CFOs en non-executive boards.
Team & Experience
White Forest is a flexible network organization with a committed core team composed of independent and highly experienced consultants with broad expertise in bank financing and alternative forms of capital. Together during the last 10 years we have completed more than 100 successful advisory projects and transactions with a combined value of several billion Euros for very prestigious clients. For all our advisers, thorough understanding of the client and building mutually satisfying long-term relationships is the key focus.
Method
We start with listening to our client and identifying the true objectives of the organization. What we believe is that a sound strategic financing strategy helps organizations achieve their goals faster and to distinguish themselves even more from their competition.
For example, by growing faster, by becoming less sensitive to cyclical fluctuations, by more effectively internationalization or by taking more advantage of an optimal financial supply chain.
We help organizations achieve an optimal capital structure, finding appropriate (non-) bank financing and/or optimize banking relationships.
And all that from a long-term win-win relationship based on trust and transparency.
In practice this means that we are honest about the feasibility of financing structures and sometimes advise to not arrange a new financing or to follow a less risky strategy. This perhaps lead, in the short term, to fewer transactions, but in the long term we believe that the confidence of our clients is more sustainable.
